NeuroArchery app for iPhone and iPad

The NeuroArchery App allows archers and other athletes to improve their performance through both video and biofeedback. The app is designed to be used with a NeuroSky MindWave headset. See Neurosky.com for more information. (Note the headset must be a MindWave Mobile 2 model compatible with the iOS operating system. Not all NeuroSky MindWave headsets are.)

While an athlete wears the MindWave headset, the headset monitors their relaxation and focus levels and sends this information to the NeuroArchery App while a second person such as a coach or friend videos them as they, for instance, aim and release an arrow.

The focus and relaxation levels are displayed superimposed on the video display. The videos can then be saved and played in the app, giving athletes insight into their mental state as they perform. These videos enable coaches and athletes to improve performance more rapidly than would otherwise be possible.

Videos can be saved in photos and uploaded and downloaded to cloud storage.

Besides archers, participants in golf, target shooting, bowling, basketball, and other sports and activities can improve their performance using the app.
